FikrKids is a learning app for children. We built it to be safe for children and transparent for parents. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Only a parent or legal guardian may create an account. We ask for the parent's name, email address, a password and optionally a phone number. Children do not create accounts and do not provide any personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child without a parent creating the account first.

A parent may add a child profile with a nickname, an age (used only to pick the right activities) and a cartoon avatar. We never ask for a child's full name, photo, date of birth, school, address or location.

We store which activities a child completed, the stars earned and the time spent, so parents can see progress reports and the app can continue where the child left off. This information is linked to the parent's account only.
কোনো বিজ্ঞাপন, ট্র্যাকিং, চ্যাট, লোকেশন, কন্টাক্ট, ক্যামেরা বা মাইক্রোফোন ব্যবহার করা হয় না। আপনার তথ্য কারো কাছে বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করা হয় না।
Premium access can be bought through Google Play (handled by Google) or, in Bangladesh, by mobile payment (bKash or Nagad). For mobile payments we store the transaction ID and the sender number you enter, only to verify the payment. We never see or store card details.
Our server records the device type and IP address of requests for security (for example, to block abuse) and keeps this for a short period. Parent-lock PINs and passwords are stored only as secure hashes.
Data is stored on our server and protected with encryption in transit (HTTPS). Only authorised staff can access it, and only to provide support.
You can edit or delete child profiles at any time inside the app. To delete your whole account and all related data, use "Delete account" in the app settings, or email support@fikrkids.com from the account email. We delete the account and all child profiles and progress within 7 days.

We design FikrKids to comply with the Google Play Families policy, COPPA (USA), GDPR-K (EU) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code. If you believe a child has provided information without a parent's consent, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify parents inside the app.
